Featuring a large vacuum chamber, powerful 60kW heater, and dual centrifuges, the unit efficiently removes water, dissolved gases, particulate contamination, varnish, and cellulose to submicron levels. An optional Fullers Earth treatment system further enhances oil quality by removing oxidation by-products, reducing acid levels, and restoring dielectric strength to approximately 75 kV. With a variable flow rate of up to 8,400 litres per hour and a trailer-mounted design for easy site deployment, the OS1200 delivers exceptional transformer oil cleanliness, reliability, and extended asset life.
The Powermaster range of transformer oil filtration equipment have reversible pumps and filter systems to deliver pristine oil to new transformers.
