Lubemaster OS600 Centrifugal Oil Filtration Turbine Unit

This compact upright model is designed to suit the power generation industry.  At 450kg it is within the lifting weight limits of the nacelle winch on the wind turbines.  It will maintain oil in pristine cleanliness and have a significant impact on gearbox failures.  It presents the opportunity to extend oil life and reduce wear, resulting in extended life of the gearbox. This innovative oil cleaning unit cleans hydraulic oil, turbine and compressor oils through to heavy 680 gear oil without any change to the oil filtration equipment.  The Lubemaster cleans the oil to cleaner than ‘new oil specs’ without altering the characteristics of the oil.
